INFINITE CAMPUS SUPPORT
​School Services of Montana partnered with Infinite Campus in 2016 to provide support services to schools in Montana. Mary Anne Skinner and Tammy Blanchard are a part of the Certified Support, Implementation Management, and Teaching Teams within Infinite Campus. Mary Anne currently provides online support through a Bozeman-area home base while Tammy is based out of Frenchtown; both are available for virtual and onsite collaboration and professional development. 

Your district has a choice of using School Services of Montana Infinite Campus support or remaining with Infinite Campus support at their corporate HQ in  Minnesota.

​Effective July 1, 2023 Medicaid Free, Medicaid Reduced, and  Extended Eligibility for both will be pulling from the Direct Certification.csv file on the OPI School Foods & Nutrition Site.
2023 OPI AIM: TEAMS INFORMATION​
  • TEAMS/TOE was retired July 1, 2023​
  • Districts will enter much of the data into Infinite Campus: Calendar, TOE, & other personnel records, Teacher-Class, CTE, etc.
  • Policy and program information will be entered in a new application
  • Due dates could change (e.g., TOE in December, Teacher-Class 2x per year in the first & second semester)

ADVANTAGES OF USING SSoM FOR SUPPORT

  • No additional cost to your district to use SSoM     Infinite Campus continues to bill licensing, but the support fees come directly from SSoM keeping Montana monies in Montana. SSoM Campus Support fees are the same as Infinite Campus's Support fees.
  • Dedicated support staff for Montana schools    You will get to know our staff; they know Montana and what is unique to Montana schools.​​
  • SSoM and Infinite Campus support are a team    If your support issue goes beyond the capacity of SSoM staff (i.e. recovering a data backup) Infinite Campus staff in Minnesota will be standing by to help.
  • You will continue have access to Infinite Campus Passport and Campus Community

  • Personalized implementation services     The partnership between Infinite Campus and SSoM includes providing a local resource for all SIS implementations. Mary Anne Skinner is a certified Implementation Manager. With a strong knowledge base of state requirements, district policies, and the partnership of Infinite Campus, we provide a thorough and tailored implementation to each school district.
  • Financial stability for SSoM    Your district's use of SSoM support will provide revenue and staff that will enhance the sustainability of SSoM and enable us to continue to offer valuable services to your school district.​​
  • Opportunities for Onsite Trainings With local support, onsite trainings are available for Districts. SSoM Members do receive a pricing advantage.

Changes to your Infinite Campus Support Billing: Montana Funds Stay in Montana
One of the amazing benefits of partnering with Infinite Campus is their pledge to keep Montana funds in Montana. This has paved the way for all Support Fees (historically part of your Infinite Campus, Inc. annual licensing invoice) to be billed directly to you by your support team at School Services of Montana. There will be NO CHANGES in price - your support fee rates will remain the same, AND your District's funds will now stay in Montana to support Montanans.
