PROFESSIONAL LEARNING

At School Services of Montana, our primary goal is to provide professional learning to support educators and school leaders that they can build on throughout their careers. Our professional learning is responsive to the needs of districts we serve. We have built and maintained strong networks of connected educators across numerous disciplinary areas, creating communities of practice that would not have existed otherwise. These professional learning solutions are truly comprehensive, ranging from curriculum design and alignment to classroom application of best practices and Social Emotional Learning (SEL). We provide targeted, tailored professional learning opportunities for schools, as well as online courses and regional and statewide annual conferences focusing on Social Emotional Learning (SEL), STEM, Science of Reading, Proficiency/Competency-Based Education, and more!

Much like our other programs, we strive to keep costs for professional learning as low as possible to ensure it remains available to all. Member districts receive discounted rates for professional learning. We use a sliding scale to price professional learning for districts to balance these costs with district enrollment.
