GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

This is our general cancellation policy. Each workshop / event will have it's own specific cancellation policy* when there is a registration fee charged to participants / registrants. 

Cancellation by School Services of Montana (SSoM)
  • SSoM reserves the right to cancel workshops / events due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make them non-viable. If SSoM cancels a workshop / event, registrants will receive a full refund.

Cancellation by Registrant*
  • Registrant may cancel and receive a full refund up until 1 week prior to the start of the workshop / event. 
  • Cancellations received within one week prior to the start of the workshop / event will receive a 50% refund.
  • If no notice of cancellation is received by the day before the workshop / event a refund will not be issued.
  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
  • Cancellations must be submitted via email to tfranta@mt-schools.org (or the event coordinator, listed on the event landing page) and received by the deadline.
  • All refund requests / cancellations must be made by the registrant or school district via email.
