School Services of Montana has teamed up with the Montana State University Science Math Resource Center to design and deliver a K-12 educator needs analysis survey, and we'd love for you to participate! To encourage your participation, we will be giving away four $100 Amazon gift cards and twenty $25 Amazon gift cards to Montana K-12 teachers that complete the survey. The survey will be open through April 17, 2020. The purpose of this survey is twofold: first, we'd like to gather information about teachers' professional learning preferences - from ideal times and delivery methods to subject matter; and second, we're interested in understanding how to better connect current K-12 teachers with active research projects that are happening at colleges and universities across Montana. This research has been made possible by the National Science Foundation's Established Program to Stimulate Competitive research (EPSCoR). With your participation in this survey, we aim to design and deliver professional learning that is more aligned to your preferences, and work with administrators and policymakers to better connect you with ongoing research projects. All the information gathered in this survey will be confidential, and your participation is voluntary. We estimate that it will take approximately 12 minutes to complete the survey, and we recommend that you use a desktop or laptop computer to complete it. If you wish to enter the drawing to win one of the gift cards, there will be a separate link at the end of the survey to enter. Your responses to the survey will not be connected to your entry in the drawing, and your responses will remain confidential. Thank you for participating in this survey - we greatly appreciate it! How you can help: Please help us by sharing this survey with your colleagues - we want to make sure to collect information from as many Montana K-12 teachers as possible. Thank you!
