ALSLODGING
If you’re traveling from a distance and need lodging, consider booking right away!
BUDGET-FRIENDLY MSU CAMPUS HOUSING AVAILABLE
To help with the high costs of travel, and to add convenience to your conference experience, we’ve blocked space with on-campus housing for $50/room (single or double occupancy, so $25/each if you are sharing a room). This year, you may also block a “pod” of rooms with your own bathroom if you’re traveling with a group or family and want to be together.
Please reserve campus housing using this link: MSU Housing Registration. Contact info is included at the end if you have questions or need further assistance.
Airbnb and VRBO are also excellent options for single rooms, private houses/apartments, or groups renting an entire house (book early - availability disappears quickly in Bozeman in the summer). Both of these links go to their Bozeman sites.

EXHIBIT HALL
We are thrilled to have an in-person exhibit hall after a couple of years of virtual conferences! Exhibits are a wonderful opportunity to gain ideas, resources, and to learn about the wonderful work in STEM going on nationally and locally. We’ll be offering an ‘exhibit hall passport’ opportunity this year to earn renewal units and to be entered into a drawing for raffle prizes!
