Course Overview :

The purpose of this training series is for districts that utilize Infinite Campus as their District Edition to set up, collect, verify, and maintain the results as they relate to the CRDC Federal Data Collection period. Attendees will need to have administrative rights to access all facets of Infinite Campus to accurately set up and verify the data being sent to the Federal Reporting Portal. The trainer will assist districts with mapping nuances as they relate to individual district policies and guidelines to streamline the process of Data Collection and Certification. Once setup has been completed, districts will generate and walk-through maintaining survey results. Subsequent virtual sessions will be offered per district demand where data can be reviewed, adjusted, and prepared for general maintenance until the submission timeline closes.

Cost per District:

$450 for the 3-part series for SSoM Member Districts/$600 for Non-SSoM Member Districts

A live Zoom feed will be provided. February trainings will be considered on an as needed basis and are subject to hourly rate.  


Requirements for Attendees:

Full administrative access to Infinite Campus, laptop, and a knowledge of District functionality as it pertains to SPED, Terms of Employment, and Behavior Management. Best results generate from having 2 District Employees* attend the session as 1 can pull data while the other inputs. *Districts wishing to have more than 2 employees attend the training will need to partner with Mary Anne Skinner as an additional per person rate may apply.
